Consumer Quality

Bold tubers with a splash of colour will prove very attractive to supermarkets and consumers. Boils and bakes very well. Recent taste trials have highlighted both Bonnies’ taste and consumer acceptance.

Agronomic Features

Bonnie with its early production of boiled even sized tubers is ideally suited for the early baker market. Bonnie will produce crops with high proportions of bakers. This coupled with Bonnie’s bright appearance offers growers an improvement over existing early pre-pack varieties. Bonnie has performed particularly well in overseas trials especially in hotter climates.
