
Cabaret Fry Colours

Our latest SAC observed frying of our Maris Piper and Cabaret stocks continues to
show Cabaret out performing the M.Piper. Tuber temperature remains below 3deg C and
fry colour of the Cabaret is no worse than a 1 on the USDA scale. Within the industry
we are also receiving reports of Cabaret frying 00 on material stored at 4deg C.
Cabaret sales have been very good this year, with a hold being put on new sales until
more grading has been carried out.
