Cabaret Fry Tests

This year looks to be very good for Cabaret. We have had very good reports of low
bruising compared to Maris Piper and are now getting very good reports on fry colour.
The attached photo demonstrates the difference. Both stocks were grown in the same
field in Perthshire, with the same planting, burn and harvest dates. They are now
next to each other in the same cold store. The storage temperature is now down to
2.5 deg C.
